Green tea and white nectarine pairing with the touch of red sorrel

It’s been a while that I would like to try red sorrel in my cocktails but I haven’t had the chance till now since it is not widely available. Especially, those red veins are visually very attractive. When you look at the content and the color of the cocktail, you will notice that, a very dominant red color emerges instead of green when you red sorrel. White nectarine and green tea is also another pairing that I wanted to try, so I created this mix and it turned to be a very enjoyable one. The content is large in volume, so I recommend choosing a large glass.

Ingredients
  

  • 60 ml vodka
  • 15 ml elderflower liqueur
  • 45 ml White Nectarine Puree
  • 30 ml green apple juice
  • 30 ml Strong brewed green tea
  • 20 ml simple syrup
  • 5-6 leaves red sorrel

Instructions
 

  • Muddle red sorrel leaves in your shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake well with ice. Double strain into your pebble ice filled glass and garnish with a red sorrel leaf.
