Have you ever used saline solution in your cocktails? It is simply salt and water and a drop or two takes your cocktail to another level by reducing the bitterness while enhancing the sweet and citrusy flavors. It is considered to be one of the most underrated ingredient even it is widely used in the best cocktail bars. Just try it in one of your sour cocktails and then you will understand the difference. Here is an interesting mix that I tried a while ago and the first use of saline solution.

  • 2 drops Saline solution

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with pineapple fronds. Cheers! 🍹
