Paper Clip
Paloma is one my favorite cocktails to riff on. For this one, I tried something different. I had this delicious grapefruit sorbet, a scoop of which I reserved to make a Paloma later. In addition to that, I used coconut oil-washed tequila blanco and strawberry syrup. Try also Aperol in a basic paloma twist if you haven’t, you will not regret. So here comes this delicious combination with the final touch of pink grapefruit lemonade.
Ingredients
- 40 ml Coconut oil-washed tequila
- 20 ml Aperol
- 1 large scoop of Grapefruit sorbet
- 10 ml Strawberry syrup
- 20 ml Lime juice
- Thomas Henry pink grapefruit lemonade
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker, except soda, and shake well with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass and top with pink grapefruit soda. Garnish with a fresh or dehydrated grapefruit slice. Cheers!
