Dante House Punch
One of the best parts of being a home bartender and taking it to such a level is that you can make many of the cocktails if you have the recipe. This is especially great during such a period since we can’t go out and travel that much. This cocktail is from the menu of @dante.kitchenbar, a place that I discovered on Instagram. Unfortunately, it is located in Adana (I live in Istanbul) since it is hard to travel right now but luckily I can make it at home. A real refreshing and enjoyable cocktail with the mix of gin, elderflower, pineapple, lemongrass, lime and cucumber.
Ingredients
- 60 ml London Dry Gin
- 20 ml Elderflower liqueur
- 20 ml Lime juice
- 20 ml Pineapple juice
- 20 ml Cucumber juice
- 20 ml Lemongrass syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with cucumber and fresh berries. Cheers! 🍹
