Shrub Paloma
Lately, you might have realized that I am so much into shrubs since they are really special ingredients for cocktails, turning them into more refreshing drinks. I noted down the grapefruit shrub a while ago and the first cocktail that I was planning to try is a paloma. I added a little bit of mustard microgreens to spice it up a little bit and here it is;
Ingredients
- 60 ml Tequila blanco
- 60 m Grapefruit shrub
- 10 ml Lime juice
- 5 ml Agave syrup
- A small handful of Mustard microgreens
- Soda
Instructions
- Add all ingredients, except soda, in your shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass and top with soda. Garnish with grapefruit zest and mustard microgreens. Cheers! 🥂
