Jungle Ice Tea
This is a @raise_the_bar_ist recipe which I had the chance to try from herself and that I really enjoyed. So it was inevitable to make it again and share. Original recipe calls for a fresh bergamot peel infused gin but you also have the option to infuse with earl grey tea and omit the tea in the recipe. I made a slight change and used masala chai tea to add some spicy notes. I also made a different version of this using fresh peaches and earl grey syrup which I will try to share later.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Bergamot infused gin
- 30 ml Creme de peche
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 30 ml Dark brewed masala chai tea cold
- 10-15 Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh mint leaves.Cheers! 🍹
