One More Time
I think every new year deserves to be celebrated. It is like a turning point for the good and bad things that we left behind, our hopes for the future, new beginnings or changes in our life. That’s why it is a good excuse for a small celebration with our loved ones and to feel good. For the first time, I have two glasses in the picture; one for me and one for you, for a toast for the new year. It is a French 75 twist with cognac replacing the gin, which I believe is definitely better, paired with fresh grapefruit juice and hibiscus syrup. And champagne is a must for the celebration. May 2022 be a very happy year with lots of goodness and beauty.
Ingredients
- 30 ml Cognac VSOP
- 10 ml Grapefruit juice
- 10 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Hibiscus syrup
- Champagne
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into your Shaker (except champagne) and shake with ice until well-chilled. Strain into your chilled champagne glass. Top with champagne and garnish with a rosemary sprig. Happy new year and cheers! 🍾🥂
