I really enjoy using foam in cocktails which I make using a cream siphon. Since it is a different layer on top of your liquid mix, the most important part when using a foam is to think of the flavor pairing and adjust the balance between the liquid and the foam. Lately, I have been trying different ingredients for the foam and enjoyed many different delicious cocktails. Bergamot foam is a must as you may guess and here is a delicious recipe. I will be sharing the foam recipe on my highlights soon.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
- 50 ml Granny Smith apple juice
- 20 ml Lemon juice
- 20 ml Citrus mix syrup
- Bergamot foam
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into an ice-filled glass and top with bergamot foam. Garnish with rosemary sprigs. Cheers! 🍹
