Happy New Year to you all! It is the last day of 2022 and I hope it will be a pleasant and beautiful day for everyone. We left this year behind at a pace that I can't quite understand. I can say that 2022 has been the year of important changes for me, maybe that’s why. I believe it's always good to celebrate the arrival of a new year, even if there will be no change at all. And when we say celebration, one of the first things that comes to mind is definitely champagne. I prepared a French 75 variation for this New Year's Eve. I can say that the pairing of cherry or black mulberry with mastic gum is a match made in heaven so you should give it a try.
Ingredients
- 30 ml London Dry Gin
- 10 ml Sour Cherry Puree
- 10 ml Black Mulberry Puree
- 15 ml Lemon Juice
- 10 ml Mastiha Syrup
- Prosecco (to top with)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients, except prosecco, into your shaker and shake well with ice. Double strain into your chilled champagne flute glass and top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon peel. Cheers! 🎄🍾🥂
