Cantaloupe Cordial
Cantaloupe cordial recipe for Juliette Larrouy's well-known cocktail Melon, Cheese & Pepper. If you can't find cantaloupe (not widely available in Turkey) you can use honeydew melon.
Ingredients
- 1100 ml Cold Pressed Cantaloupe Juice
- 220 gr Sugar
- 8 gr Citric Acid Powder
Instructions
- Combine all in a cup and stir until sugar and acid dissolved.
