Black Pinch
Let's start with a few simple recipes after the break. I used black mulberries as the main ingredient in this cocktail, but you can replace it with any berry you like. You can even muddle it according to the type of the berry that you will use instead of making a puree. I haven't used this beautiful Julep glass from Soy Turkiye for a while, so it was a good excuse to use in this cocktail.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Bourbon whiskey
- 30 ml Black mulberry puree
- 30 ml Lime juice
- 20 ml Satsuma syrup
- 4-5 Mint leaves
Instructions
- Spank the mint leaves in the palm of your hand and drop them in your shaker. Add the other ingredients and shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled Julep glass or another glass of your choice. Top it up with crushed ice. You can garnish it with mint leaves or fruits like blackberries or raspberries.Cheers! 🍹
