Florita
This cocktail can be considered as a paloma variation with homemade rose geranium syrup and hibiscus infused tequila. If you ever tasted a rose geranium, you would know that it taste like roselike and perfumey. I wanted to pair it with hibiscus and gum mastic so I used hibiscus infused tequila and gum mastic soda from Greece. And here is a delicious paloma. Normally it is a build-up cocktail but not with so many ingredients like this. So, I prefer to shake it.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Hibiscus infused tekila
- 30 ml Pomegranate juice
- 30 ml Grapefruit juice
- 15 ml Lime juice
- 20 ml Rose geranium syrup
- Mastiha soda (to top with)
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients, except soda, in a shaker with ice. Double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a geranium leaf and a lime wedge.Cheers! 🥂
