St-Germain Hugo Spritz

I had mentioned that we would make different variations of the Hugo cocktail. This way, you can also test using the same flavor combinations in different ways and proportions. This one is a recipe from St-Germain elderflower liqueur website. Unlike the previous cocktail, we are using liqueur instead of elderflower cordial, and the proportions of the other components are also different.
